Free Initial Consultation

I provide a thirty minute free consultation. This meeting allows us to explore whether we would be a good fit moving forward. We will discuss what brings you into therapy and how we might work together. If we decide that we are a good fit, we will discuss my fees and intake paperwork, and will schedule your first session. If, after learning more about your needs I feel that you would be best served by another therapist, I will provide you with appropriate referrals.

Payment required at time of service

My standard fee for a 55 minute individual therapy session is $170. I have a limited number of low-fee slots available for those in need. 

I am an in-network provider with the following insurance plans:

• Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon (includes out of state BCBS plans)

• Pacific Source

• Pacific Source Community Solutions (Oregon Health Plan / Medicaid)

• Samaritan Health Plans (Choice, Everyday Choices, Standard Bronze)

• MHN/HealthNet

• Open Card (Oregon Health Plan / Medicaid)

If I am considered out of network by your plan, my services may still be covered in some part. Check with your insurance regarding your Out of Network Benefits. I am happy to discuss this with you further if you have questions. 

I accept cash, check, or debit/credit card for co-pays or out of pocket payments. 

If you can't make your session, please let me know as soon as possible. I require 24 hours notice; otherwise you will be responsible to pay for your session in full.
